Will my message really arrive years later?
Yes. After you seal a capsule it is queued, reminders are scheduled, and on the chosen day you receive a private link.
Who can see my content?
Capsule files live in private storage. Nobody — including admins — can access your messages, videos, or photos. You open them only with the personal link in the delivery email. After you open the message, videos and photos are deleted from the server.
Can I delete it if I change my mind?
Yes, before it is sealed. After sealing, content is locked by default. You can still delete your account and data under privacy law.
Is the video attached to the email?
No. The email only contains an “Open my message” button. Media opens on a protected page.
Can I hide the on-screen questions while recording?
Yes. In the studio, turn off “Show questions while recording” and the prompts stay off. You can turn them back on any time.
